Separate bedroom, bathroom, with shared storage space and laundry. Separate entrance through carport, with privacy partition to upstairs. Lots of light, nice location (bus stop very close). Happy to do cooking for you, however we can set up a microwave, kettle, and there’s a fridge downstairs as well.

I am a single 41 year old woman with a 9 year old son who I have with me every other week. I love plants, sitting on the patio, reading, concerts, comedy, and movies. My son loves his video games and playing with his friends. Non-smoking, parties are rare and definitely do not get out of hand, and no drugs.
