I want to rent my spare Room month to month. It’s available now for short term renting. We are very close to multiple bus stops, and not far from Tuscany train station - Crowfoot train station etc We are steps away from Save on foods, and a bunch of other businesses such as liquor store - nails - subway - staples - rexall - all within walking distance - street parking.

About the roomies

I am considering selling my condo. For the moment I would like to have a clean and tidy person who wants to rent month to month. We may have viewings so people may visit the condo to have a look around so I would need a roomie who is clean and ok with this. I would give you at least 30 days notice if I do sell to find another accommodation. I am easy to get along with . Single girl, not at the condo much. I work five days per week and socialize a lot. I have a cat named Tilly.
