Available June 1, second-floor room for rent in older character house in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver. Room is a northwest facing corner and can be furnished with a bed, nightstand and dresser drawer if requested.

This is a large house and you would be sharing with 5 other people. Shared facilities include 4 washrooms with 2 showers, as well as common living room, dining room and kitchen.

We are very conveniently located at West 13th Avenue and Arbutus Street, right by the Arbutus Greenway, and we are close to everything. By bus you can get to UBC or downtown Vancouver in 15 minutes. The closest bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants, are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

This is a co-ed household, and we prefer easy-going people who are employed, tidy, and considerate. It is also a MUST that any candidate cleans up properly after themselves in the common areas and cooperates with weekly household garbage/recycling duties and light cleaning chores.

NON-SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE (no cannabis and vapes either). This is definitely not a party house, as we treasure the peace and quiet that this house provides.

We can only accommodate one individual in the room (no couples or families), and although we love animals, we unfortunately don’t allow pets here.

This is a co-ed household with 5 other people living in the house. They range in ages from mid-20s to mid-30s.
