One room in a two bedroom apartment in the heart of Kits available from the 1st of July (or a little bit after if needed). The place is a ten minute walk from Kits beach, close to tons of restaurants and shops, with groceries nearby. Easy access to main bus lines (5 min walking to 99, 84, 14, 4, 7).

The apartment is the top floor of a heritage home on a quiet residential street. The bedroom comes fully furnished (bed, desk, dresser, closet etc.) but furniture can be removed if desired. In unit laundry (washer and drier), dishwasher, underfloor heating, high ceilings and wood floors. Shared bathroom.

You’d be living with me (Jakop), a 31-year-old male postdoc at UBC, researching seaweed. In my spare time enjoy hiking, reading and playing board games. I am always up for a movie, a cup of tea and enjoy the occasional house dinner.
