Shared living space, storage room, laundry, bathroom, etc. Room may or may not be partly furnished, will know more details on that soon. Huge yard and deck to enjoy. Located on beautiful rivers trail (right outside the door). Close to bus stops and amenities. Cable and internet included. Will be adding more photos in the near future

About the roomies

Outgoing, respectful, clean individual looking for roommate. I do have a dog and 2 cats living on the property, so must be okay with animals. Unfortunately the landlord doesn’t want any more animals or I would definitely welcome more fur friends. I work full time and keep myself fairly busy during the week. I enjoy spending time outdoors. Paddle boarding season is upon us! I also enjoy jumping on the longboard and making use of the beautiful trails. Camping, fishing, bbqs are always a great time.
