LOVELY APARTMENT IN UPTOWN, NEAR WALMRT, SOBEYS & TRANSIT

Looking for a third roommate (FEMALE ONLY or NB/Queer). The apartment is very nice, less than a 10 minute walk from uptown, rent is $2008,11 and plus electricity, tenant insurance and wifi which will be split equally. (extra 50~) Fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher included. Aswell as in-building washer and dryer. Room comes unfinished, parking spot has been taken. (The unit is just as in the picture except there is no balcony, the apartment resides on the first floor—the apartment is also unfortunately not disability friendly)

We’re looking some who is CLEAN and is comfortable with cats. One of us is a student and the other is working full time. Move in date is SEPTEMBER 1st. Sublease so key deposit is needed. (Parking available but is subject to change)

I work full time as a receptionist at a spa, love hanging out with my adorable black cat named Juni. I have friends over rarely, as well as my partner(very sweet and will literally clean the entire apartment without asking). And am very much into fashion & physical media.

My roommate is a full time student, very friendly and outgoing, loves to go out, she’s probably the least home out of the two of us.
