Beautiful home situated in Middleton Mountain area. Three bedrooms, a den, living room, dining room kitchen with an island, French doors onto a patio with nice green space. Chairlift installed to assist mobility challenged people. The room is large with a lovely view of the window built-ins in the closet, large dresser, drawers, etc. seasonal Gardner, backyard has a fenced in dog run. I must see space. I am retired and available for viewing most days. I’m looking for someone responsible who has good references and is fiscally able to commit to regular monthly rent payments. I’m a 74 year-old woman living alone, I have MS but I’m able to look after myself. The person who rents the space must be prepared to cut the lawn (an extremely small lawn, and I have an electric lawnmower). And take out the garbage and recycling every two weeks. These are things that I am not able to do. I have a housekeeper that comes in and we would have to discuss how that would look. I’m a retired psychotherapist and a widow. I think I’m pretty young thinking and would enjoy having someone live with me. I’d like to meet and make sure that we are compatible.
