About the room
We are a 10 minute walk to Southgate Mall and the LRT. From there, a very short ride to the University of Alberta, the U of A hospital. The Stollery hospital. Downtown. Established neighbourhood, which includes nice big trees, excellent walking areas. You will have a Large room with big closet, excellent as your social, living area. The Additional room next door is usually used as a bedroom. You also have a Private bathroom with shower and storage space. The Shared laundry (washer and dryer) is across the common space. Large fenced backyard, fire pit, clothes line if you prefer your clothes dried in the fresh air.
About the roomies
Husband, Wife and Phoebe ( our dog) are upstairs. Our son has his own living space with private bathroom downstairs, across the common space.
