A share of tenant insurance fee required. Females only. Rent Price doesn’t include utilities 3 mins drive to Cornwall mall. 9 mins drive to University of Regina. Please be clean, responsible and respectful. I don’t mind 2 females moving in but the utility price will be split into three. Given the limited storage space please keep luggage’s lightweight. No pets allowed.
