Fully furnished room for rent in shared accommodation home/house situated on beautiful property. $850.00 Everything included with TELUS Home security, wifi and great cable package. Laundry facilities in home. The home is suitated in a beautiful, quiet residential family oriented neighborhood with Puntledge River just a walk down the road. Must like animals. 420 friendly as well as smoke friendly. Current non smokers and smokers in home get along great with each other with no issues. If move in date happens to be into the month started already then days are deducted from full rent. Damage deposit is required in the amount of $425.00. Available June 5th 2026. Looking for clean, respectful and courteous. Taking names, contact numbers now and doing interviews.
