-early move in means you’ll be there before me. I needed more time to pack up due to limitations. If you have some furnishings, that’s fine. -Holding out for the right roomate even if it requires floating the apartment myself for a while -located in a very nice area with accessible transit -not wheelchair accessible, but message to discuss other forms of accommodation -not included: A fixed $100 towards hydro, gas, water and fast Internet extra. ( If it’s more, I will cover the difference.) -short term or longterm. - temporary space for professional waiting for the right longterm lease okay . Common space will have basics kitchen table, minimal decor, new rug we can pick, upholstered chairs.

-creative roomie. Also more pragmatic & logic driven.

• ideally 33+ or younger if mature -roomie is very quiet. She is often managing pain levels quietly, which means calm, low stimuli and overall pretty positive and self sufficient vibe. -working, engaged with hobbies, photos/video, working on the computer in her room. -If someone needs a chill place to stay that is relaxing, easy-going, and good with communicating their needs.
  -no smoking or incense inside.
  -Best feature IMO (lol): My angelic little cats, so cuddly & affectionate, low allergen & low shed cats. They win over non-cat people all the time. (Litter in concealed furniture in her room ensuring confidence in hyper maintenance and no smell). There will be an AMAZING high tech 50 gallon modern sleek marine fish tank project to set up with 1 inch thick glass and featuring marine coral tank somewhere in common space.
  -extra air filter in space. Air quality monitor. The central air uses the expensive air filters. -will be installing a 4 stage water filter system that will remineralize water. Needed for marine. -small patio & space on side of home. -I don’t use drugs, don’t drink, don’t yell and am compassionate to people’s needs. I do vape lightly, but fine with containing to bedroom with air filter.
• no dog at residence, but one might be okay. Happy to help with walks.
