There are two room options available, depending on your needs. The first is a spacious upstairs room that fits a king bed with plenty of extra space for an office or sitting area, plus its own full private bathroom. (My kids and I would use the downstairs bathroom). The second option is a private downstairs room with its own separate entrance through the laundry room; the bathroom for this room is located in the main living area and would be occasionally shared. Parking included, access to washer dryer.

I am a recently separated mom looking to share my home and rent out a room. I have two kids and a small dog, so it’s a warm, lively household! I would love to welcome either another mother rebuilding with 1–2 children, or a single woman who genuinely enjoys a family environment and doesn’t mind kids.
