New-ish (built in 2014) 4 bedroom, 2 bath bi level house with 1 car attached garage (not insulated) Corner lot with large front and back yard, lots of room for activities! Lovely, very safe neighbourhood, everyone is very friendly. 7/11 within walking distance, also very close to the northside coulees.

2 rooms available, both of which are in the basement. The two main floor bedrooms are currently occupied, one buy a guy, one by a girl. We’re both 26, and ideally looking for roommates close-ish to our age.

After internet/utilities, the total per person is usually about $650/month
