Hi! Looking to sublet my fully furnished room in downtown Toronto from December 15 while I go away for a few months. It’s a semi-private den but huge with a big wardrobe and it’s separate from the other girls’ rooms (who are great girls!) with a clean shared bathroom. There’s an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment is super cute with a nice city view and in a great and central downtown location. It’s a five minute walk to yonge-dundas and the eaton centre with TTC stations a very close walk nearby as well. Super convenient quick walk to both TMU and UofT campuses. It’s a nice safe area nearby the hospital. The apartment has great amenities (that I love using!) with a gym, yoga room, pool, sauna, theatre, games room, rooftop patio with gorgeous sunsets and a bbq area! Ideal for someone looking for an affordable spot in the city for a short-term stay. Happy to chat or provide a video tour if you’re interested!

The apartment houses 3 other young girls who are students. We are all super friendly! Looking for a nice girl to make good friends with. We love hanging out and watching tv together in the living room and going out on weekends. We are social, but clean and respectful of personal space. Inclusive to all types of people.
