Room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Centretown available August 1st!

There are two room options: Room 1: $ 1150 - This is a large room with two big windows and a closet, and the bed in the picture is a king size. (last 2 pics) Room 2: $ 950 - This smaller room has a good sized closet and cute window frosting. (pics 4 and 5)

This 2-floor apartment has a kitchen & living room on the main floor, and both bedrooms + the bathroom are upstairs. In-building laundry, private entrance, kitchen is fully equipped (with dishwasher), and you’d have access to basement storage. The bedroom is unfurnished with option to buy the bed from the old roommate, and common space is mostly furnished. Right across from McNabb park, and very close to many bus lines & amenities!

I currently live in the smaller room, but am willing to move according to your preference.

All utilities included except wifi (25$/mo), and street parking is available. This is a month-to-month lease takeover starting August 1st, but the move-in date is flexible as my roommate is moving out in early/mid-July.

I graduated from uOttawa last year and i now work for the government. I am tidy and respectful of common spaces, and also social and love hanging out with my friends! I like being outdoors and travelling, and I play the piano, the guitar, and the harp! In an ideal world, I’d love to be friends with my roommate :) The price is negotiable for the right person.
