Private room on 2nd floor of an all-female house, with amazing park and sunset views. Fully furnished – suitable for a female worker or student (local or international), who seeks a safe and bright room to study or relax.

Convenient Location: Just a few minutes walk to 41st Avenue where 41 or R4 Express bus heading west to UBC, and Oakridge Skytrain Station (Canada Line); heading east to Joyce Skytrain Station (Expo Line). You can also walk about 10 minutes to many shops and restaurants.

High-speed Internet, Water bill and Laundry access (up to 2 loads a week) are included. You only pay 15% on Hydro and Gas bills (current yearly average: around $28 a month).

Bathroom is shared by 2 young ladies on 2nd floor. Kitchen is on the main floor. We all cook simple, mild and low-fat meals.
