The house comes with a full laundry/dryer, dishwasher, central heating + air conditioning, a full garage, a backyard, and a private driveway. The available room is on the ground level and has a large closet, storage space, and a bathroom shared with one other person (27M). Landlord requires first + last month rent and the lease is a year long, with the option to renew for another term.

We are a quiet, clean group of young professionals (23F, 22F, 27M) looking for a roommate for August. We love chatting in the kitchen, watching movies/sports in the living room, and playing video games 🎮 We would prefer another young professional or student who is clean and friendly ☺️ we don’t have household rules, we just rely on giving eachother heads up and being respectful :)
