About the room
A 3-story building; we live on the top floor - 2 beds 1 bath. The available room is the smaller one. Interior and exterior have recently been renovated. Very spacious living room and kitchen area, lots of windows for ambient lighting during the day, great view of the arm out the living room window! Heat pump located in the living room and baseboard heating in every room. Bus stop right across the street for the 9 and 24, and one driveway parking spot (lots of street parking behind the building on Margaret Rd as well). In-unit washing & drying machines located in the other bedroom closet. Heating/water is paid every 2 months (between $250-450 total, then split 3 ways), and internet is $92/month (split 3 ways).
About the roomies
I currently live with my girlfriend in one of the two bedrooms. I’m currently graduated working full time at a biotech startup and Grace has also just started working full time after graduating a few weeks ago. We’re both pretty quiet/reserved and respectful.
