Large room with closet in a beautiful east end neighborhood close to the Tecumseh Mall. The room is in the back of the townhouse and faces beautiful greenery with trees and lots of areas to walk in. I do have a single bed and a dresser and a desk if needed or you can bring your own furniture.It’s very safe in this neighborhood there has been no trouble in the 12 years that I’ve been here. All the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Price includes gas, hydro, and unlimited internet. You could also have access to cable TV if you would like to rent your own box for $7 a month. There is central air and gas heat. Also there is washer and dryer in the basement.

I am a retired 66-year-old female. I’m a quiet Christian lady who does not drink or party. There is no smoking or drinking in the home. There are three beautiful kitty cats to share the house with. I am looking for someone who is also quiet and hard-working or retired, more mature to share my home with and respect the home as you would if it’s your own.
