Je suis à la recherche d’un ou d’une colocataire propre, respectueux/se et responsable pour une chambre meublée dans un appartement de 2 chambres. La chambre est idéale pour une personne qui travaille ou qui étudie, mais elle ne convient pas à un couple.

Je suis quelqu’un qui respecte l’intimité, l’espace personnel et les limites des autres, et je m’attends à la même chose en retour. Je travaille durant la journée et, les soirs de semaine, je suis souvent en train d’étudier ou de travailler de la maison. Je cherche donc une personne qui comprend l’importance d’un environnement calme, propre et respectueux.

Je crois que la vie privée est importante, et vous avez bien sûr droit à votre jardin secret. Vous aurez un double des clés pour la porte de votre chambre, ainsi qu’un code pour la porte de la chambre que vous pourrez programmer vous-même à votre arrivée.

Je vous demande simplement de garder les espaces communs propres après utilisation, soit la salle de bain, le salon et la cuisine. Si des dommages irréparables devaient être causés aux appareils de la chambre ou aux appareils partagés, je m’attends à ce que vous soyez honnête et transparent(e), et que vous assumiez les frais nécessaires.

La chambre est meublée, mais si vous avez vos propres meubles, Il est également possible de remplacer ceux qui sont déjà dans la chambre par les vôtres. Faites-moi simplement savoir à l’avance avant votre emménagement!

La même règle s’applique pour moi aussi, je vous informerai également à l’avance.)

De préférence, Je recherche une personne prête à signer pour une période de 6 mois à 1 an*. *(Si vous souhaitez signer le bail et rester pour une durée d’un an, une petite vérification des antécédents serait requise. Cela signifie simplement que des références pourraient être demandées, que d’anciens propriétaires pourraient être contactés afin de confirmer que le loyer a été payé à temps, et qu’une enquête de crédit pourrait également être effectuée)

Si vous avez des préférences pour certains produits d’hygiène ou de nettoyage, je bénéficie d’un rabais employé à ma pharmacie. Vous pouvez donc me le demander, et je pourrai vous procurer les produits d’hygiène ou de nettoyage dont vous avez besoin.

Pour l’épicerie, je suis ouvert à partager les coûts moitié-moitié.

Room for Rent in a 2-Bedroom Apartment

I am looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate for a furnished room in a 2-bedroom apartment. This room is ideal for a working person or student, but it is not suitable for a couple.

I am someone who respects other people’s privacy, personal space, and boundaries, and I expect the same in return. I work during the day and rotate between studying and working from home during weekday evenings, so I am looking for someone who understands the importance of a calm and respectful living environment.

I believe privacy is important, and you are welcome to have your own personal space and privacy. You will have a double set of keys for your bedroom door, as well as a bedroom door code that you may program yourself upon arrival.

I simply ask that you keep the shared areas clean after use, including the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. If any serious or unrepairable damage is caused to either the bedroom appliances or the shared appliances, I expect you to be honest and forthcoming, and to cover the necessary expenses.

The room is furnished, but if you have your own furniture, It will be possible to replace the ones already in the room with your own. Just let me know in advance before moving in!

Guests* are welcome within reason. If you are in a relationship, I do not mind your significant other visiting, but overnight visits should be limited to weekends only. *(Please inform me at least a few hours before inviting someone over. The same goes for me, I will also inform you beforehand.)

A background check may be required. Preferably, I am looking for someone willing to sign for a period of 6 months to 1 year*. *(If you would like to sign the lease and stay for one year, a small background verification would be required. This simply means that references may be requested, previous landlords may be contacted to confirm that rent was paid on time, and a credit check may also be completed.)

Hiya! Here is a little bit about myself;

I am currently studying in cybersecurity during the evenings after work, and on weekends I take online courses in video game development and design, so yes, I am definitely a gamer 😎.

I also have a part-time security guard job, mostly during the winter season, seasonal activities, and festivals. My full-time job is as an assistant manager in a pharmacy, and I also work as a freelance tattoo artist. However, I do not tattoo at home, so there is no need to worry about strangers constantly coming in and out of the apartment.

I do not cook very often, but when I do, I usually do meal prep for the week ahead. I am a quiet and easygoing person. I do occasionally smoke weed, but I do so usually outside of the apartment. I also have some weights if you are into working out. I enjoy working out, walking, biking, and jogging, so you would always be welcome to join me if ever you feel in on it.

Vaping is allowed inside, but if you smoke cigarettes, I would appreciate it if you could do so on the front patio, since the building does not allow smoking inside the units. So far, there have been no issues with vaping inside.

Overall, I am an easygoing person who is just trying to get through everyday life in a positive way. I try to see the good side of things, but I also understand that life can be difficult sometimes. So if my roommate ever needs someone to talk to, I am always one knock away and willing to listen 🙂.

There is no pressure, no judgements here. I strongly believe that respect is a two way street, it is given both ways.

I live by the principal that everyone is different. I do not expect to find someone 💯 compatible with me so I do not expect anything from you except mutual respect towards ourselves and the shared appliances.

I do not have many rules but since we will be living together, I believe it is important that we both respect basic house rules, including mutual respect, cleanliness, communication, and respect for the shared spaces.

I am always open for discussion if you do not agree to some of my rules (Above in the description) and as they say; rules can be bent. I am more then glad to meet with you half way and find mutual agreement if you feel like the rules do not fit right with you. This is a democracy after all 😌

Boundaires and intimacy is a big one for me. Everyone has their garden of secrets to tend to. I do not want to mother you or get all up in your bizz. You are free to share whatever you wish with me and know that it stays between us.

On the Boundaries part, If ever a disagreement is to happen, your bedroom is your sanctuary including your door. That means if your door is shut, I wont bother you. Knocking is so yesterday, I will always send you a text if I absolutely need to speak with you, especially during any disagreements.

I am 💯 transparent and hope that you will be also, except I respect boundaries and know people often have trust issues. No worries, take your time and do not be afraid to be yourself ☺️ add your own little spark to the place if the need arises, it would be most welcome!
