Located in Riverside, in Medicine Hat, AB, beautiful older part of the city, community minded area. Close to bus stop. Less than 10 minutes to college and most areas of the city. Must be ok with dogs. Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom upstairs, laundry room shared with 3 others. Big deck and yard. Furnished or unfinished. Lots of paths throughout the city. Quiet and peaceful area.
About the roomies
Shared main floor with myself (female), working. Kitchen is shared with one extra person but he lives downstairs in separate area. Suite in basement is occupied by a quiet working lady. Shared responsibilities for keeping main floor clean, but I do the majority of the cleaning each week. Quiet and respectful people. No smoking, parties or drugs.Includes utilities and internet. Double bed.
