About the room
Our home is a fourplex over 1,800 square feet. It is located beside the new Arbutus Safeway shopping development. The #16 bus passes directly on Arbutus at Nanton and straight access to the bike path and The Greenway. Our home is Imodern, high-end with beautiful windows that overlook a park-like setting. There’s sliding doors off the kitchen and living room to a backyard patio space with outdoor dining and lighting. The bedroom is private and separated from the other main bedroom. It has a queen size bed and desk. There’s a closet with storage dividers as well. The bathroom is yours to use and includes a bathtub. It’s move-in ready and fully furnished including linens. You are expected to help with cleaning or you can contribute to a cleaning service.
About the roomies
My husband and I live here. Our 25 year old son is moving out and have available space. We will feel the void and look forward to sharing our space as we know Vancouver is a difficult city to afford to live in. We seek a responsible, clean & tidy person who is either a student or working professional. Non-smoker -who enjoys a healthy lifestyle. We do not have a pet anymore.
