Room in two bedroom apartment. Rent rent is 900, hydro about 45$ every two months, internet is 30$ a month. Heat and water included with rent. 1110 block Pandora, right on the border of Downtown and Fernwood. Excellent transit and cycling position.
Not pictured in the room is the decently large closet. Room is unfurnished but my outgoing roommate is looking to sell the bed, desk, and dresser. Sorry she’s keeping the keyboard piano.

About the roomies
About me and the building. I’m male in my 30’s. I work from home four days a week and am in office one. I work a M-F 9-5. I ideally prefer somebody who sleeps at night. I’m extremely fond of animals, but the building isn’t pet friendly sorry. The apartment has a dining room and I’m not against entertaining; D&D, board games, dinners, ect. I know how to wander off and let people enjoy the space. 😁 LGBTQ+ friendly and male or female is fine, outgoing is female and there’s been zero issues.
