About the room

Room in two bedroom apartment. Rent rent is 950, internet, hydro, and a reserved parking spot Downtown all included. 1130 Pandora, right on the border of Downtown and Fernwood. Excellent transit and cycling position. Easy bus to major campuses.

Not pictured in the room is the decently large closet. Room will be unfurnished despite the pictures. :)

About the roomies

About me and the building. I’m male in my 30’s. I work from home four days a week and am in office one. I work a M-F 9-5. I ideally prefer somebody who sleeps at night. I’m extremely fond of animals, but the building isn’t pet friendly sorry. The apartment has a dining room and I’m not against entertaining; D&D, board games, dinners, ect. I know how to wander off and let people enjoy the space. 😁 LGBTQ+ friendly and male or female is fine, have lived with both.
