You’ll have a private room in a quiet shared unit, in Surrey overlooking the Fraser River and the Port Mann Bridge. Coin laundry is available on-site. The nearest bus stop is about a 6-minute walk away (up an incline), and the closest SkyTrain station is Gateway Station. This is a quiet household. No guests, sleepovers, parties, or alcohol. I’m looking for a mature, responsible, respectful, clean and quiet person who values a peaceful living environment and generally keeps to themselves. If you’re considerate of shared spaces and comfortable with a calm household, this could be a good fit.

I have a very clean way of living and would expect it to be adopted to keep the peace. I prefer organization and structure, so immediately cleaning up after yourself in all things is a must. I’m very peaceful and kind, but that isn’t a weakness. I’m a Christian and prioritize my spirituality, so I’d prefer someone who shares similar faith values—not in a pretentious way.
