Lease Takeover Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the rest of the year, starting in July. I live in a shared housing with 4 other male students, and we are looking for a new student (male or female) to take my place.

Details of the house:

• Location: Longwood Road North, Westdale (around a 20 min walk and 5 min bus ride from campus).

• Rent: 753$ per month (Includes everything except internet, which will be an additional 10$ - 15$.

• Room location: There are 5 rooms in total. 2 upstairs, 2 downstairs, and 1 on the ground floor. I have the ground floor room, which has its own dedicated bathroom.

• Room amenities: Twin bed with a mattress. Bedside table. Walk -in closet with 3 wire shelves.

• The house has a laundry washer and drier set that is shared by everyone in the house.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils.

• Start and end date: July 1st to April 30th

4 other male McMaster students live in the house. 3 of them are in engineering and the last one is in mathematics.
