Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share my 3 bed 3.5 bath house starting after June 12. $800/month utilities included (internet, heat, water), and 1 outdoor parking space (access to a plug for the winter) included. Must be a FEMALE roommate in their 20’s who does not smoke and is semi-quiet as I work night shift sometimes.

It is located in Elmwood and it is close to bus routes and West Edmonton Mall transit centre.

The house has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. There is outdoor space including 2 decks. The bedroom for rent is UNFURNISHED but the common areas are fully furnished. Must be ok with a cat. No additional pets allowed.

I do shift work, I enjoy being outdoors, skiing and hiking so a bonus if you enjoy those things too.
