About the room
1 bedroom: Dimensions 160x110“ (~128ft² w/closet). Move in July 1st. $1100/month includes utilities, wi-fi, laundry, electric heat, shared use of all dishes and cookware, designated shelves/cupboards in kitchen and washroom.
Choice of furnished or unfurnished: Queen bed, dresser, shelves, nightstand, desk, chair, small LED lamp. Bedding & towels if needed. If you’re bringing your own furniture, the room can be unfurnished ONLY for long-term stays (1 year minimum), as I would need to store/sell current furniture.
House: 2BR/1BA apartment in duplex built in 2017. Quiet street, walkable area close to Commercial-Broadway Skytrain, Trout Lake, Route 20 & 99 buses.
Cat OK with extra pet deposit. Must be litter trained.
About the roomies
Mid-40s male video producer. Friendly but usually busy, and I work afternoons/evenings at home. I’m occasionally out of town to film events. Landlord lives upstairs but I’m the property manager and handle rent/bills/leasing.
I might be away for 1-2 months this summer, from mid-July to early September. If so, there will temporarily be a mid-30s male from UK staying in the other bedroom during that time.
