House: 2BR/1BA apartment in duplex built in 2017. Quiet street, walkable area close to Commercial-Broadway Skytrain, Trout Lake, Route 20 & 99 buses. Alley access w/patio and propane grill, mixed parking on street.

Other tenant is a late-20s male, works full time, LGBTQ-friendly.

You will be subletting my bedroom (mid 40s male) for one month while I’m out of town, no overlap. Landlord lives upstairs, but I am the property manager and handle rent/bills/leasing. Looking for quiet, clean tenant who will respect the space even for a temporary stay.
