About the space: So it is 1250 everything included. I pay the internet and Utilities. We are on the second floor corner apartment. Currently do not have much furniture in the living room. Working on getting a tv stand and tv for living room. There is a balcony that wraps around. Has a great view of a very beautiful pond that is infront of the apartment. Perfect for long days to relax. The apartment gets great natural light. Very clean space. It is a shared bathroom with me. I am pretty clean. Share kitchen, kitchen has everything needed to cook. Shared with just me. It’s a great space for a student or a single individual. About the Room: it is a decently sized room. Big enough to fit a king sized bed. Currently the room is furnished with a double bed and tv stand with a lamp. Gets great light throughout the day and mainly in the evening. Has a great view for a sunset over the apartment buildings across. Has good closet space and has side shelf space as well. And space about the closet to fit any extra items. About The Area: Great area, has a walmart 3 minute walk away. Right next to Lougheed mall and 5 minute walk to the Lougheed train station. Has a dollar store 3 minutes away as well as other amenities around. & Has a underground sports/dive bar less than 2 minutes away. Great walking/biking paths around. Very much a family oriented area. Pretty quiet area.

i recently turned 30. I am currently in school. I enjoy making noise, mainly music, I tend to have music playing around the apartment. Especially when cooking. I enjoy cooking. I am a gamer so you know we got fast internet ahaha i will always do my best to keep things down when gaming. I am very respectful. I will respect your boundaries and personal space.
