Large house on the river with a pool. You’ll have your own bathroom, bedroom, fridge, shared home gym, common space and lots of parking. Storage available and a bed if needed. Internet, heat, hydro & renters insurance included. 5-mins from the highway, 30-mins to downtown Ottawa, 15 to Kemptville. Mom (41), adult child and two teens. 1.5 dogs. Easy going, welcoming and accepting family.

About the roomies

We’re early birds so prefer a roommate who is quiet past 11pm. Need to be okay with dogs. Given the kids, may request a criminal background check. Month-to-month to be considered. Ideal to plan to stay for a predictable term.
