Furnished bright air conditioning. TV. Washroom directly outside your door. I have washroom in master suite. On bus route very centrally located to walk to schools parks leisure centre.

It is a condo complex. Very friendly people of all ages and genders. Animal friendly( but I am not taking dogs or cats) I am easy to get along with. I don’t drink or smoke. I prefer non- smoker. I have a great sense of humour. I’m semi-retired . Work pt for school district and have respite client 2 days /week.
