About the room
The room is really spacious and comes with a king size bed and your own private ensuite bathroom, so you’ve got everything you need right from the start. If you’d rather bring your own furniture, the bed can easily be taken out, no problem at all.
The building itself is honestly beautiful. The interior has a really clean, luxury feel to it and one thing people always appreciate is that the parking lot is actually on the same floor as the apartment, so it’s super convenient day to day.
In terms of location, you really can’t ask for much more. Walmart, No Frills, RBC Bank and Agincourt Mall are all within a 10 minute walk, so your everyday errands are sorted. Kennedy Commons is literally 3 minutes away and has Metro, Strutube LCBO and more. Scarborough Town Centre is only 7 minutes from the building which is huge if you like having everything close by.
Getting around is easy too. Kennedy Station is about 13 minutes away so commuting into the city is straightforward. And if you just want to get some fresh air and go for a walk, Metrogate Park is right on the other side of the condo which is a nice bonus.
The area is clean, well kept and there’s always something nearby whether you need groceries, a bank, shopping or just a place to unwind. It’s genuinely a great spot and the building makes it even better.
