Secure, adult-only building. Quiet building & quiet neighbourhood with walking paths. Fourth-floor (top-floor) corner unit of the building. A/C, internet, and utilities included in rent. Fully furnished. Private TV & cable included in the room. In-suite laundry. Fragrance-free. My unit is pet-free, but the building is pet-friendly. There is little to no noise from animals in the building. The neighbours close to my unit do not have animals.
