On bedroom in a three bedroom upper floor of house, for rent. Shared bathroom. The bedroom is currently unfurnished, however can be furnished if needed. Huge backyard, deck. I have a/c’s for bedrooms and living area if needed.

I am an older female (young at heart), still working full time. I am a tenant in a three bedroom top floor of a house and there is a tenant in the basement, so that means quiet person only. There is a huge backyard and deck. I have two small dogs that will love you immediately when you walk in the door. I go out of town at least every second weekend. I am quiet, non-smoking, non-partier, and want the same in a tenant.
