About the room

One bedroom in a three bedroom upper floor of house, for rent. Shared bathroom. The bedroom is currently unfurnished, there is a large closet with shelves and I do have a dresser, you are welcome to get your own bed. Huge backyard, deck. I have a/c’s for bedroom, if needed. It is available now.

About the roomies

I am an older female (young at heart), still working full time. I am a tenant in a three bedroom top floor of a house and there is a tenant in the basement, so that means quiet person only. There is a huge backyard and deck. I have two small dogs that will love you immediately when you walk in the door. I go out of town at least every second weekend. I am quiet, non-smoking, non-partier, and want the same in a tenant.
