I’m looking for a cute roommate starting July 1st (long term) It’s a beautiful place in a prime location on main street. Close to shoppers, 20 min to Nofrills, bus 3 in front of the house. Close to expo line and Canada line. 2 bedroom, one bathroom, one big solarium/art studio with washer and dryer shared with one unit( total of 2 units in the building)

Rent is 2700 shared between us + hydro and wifi (utilities not included)

I’m Roham. My pronouns are he/him. I’m 23. I’m originally from Iran and I study visual arts here. I work 8 hours every day and usually home during the afternoon. I love listening to music (bonus if your taste varies from techno to lana del rey), going out, dancing, thrifting, designing and decorating our place.
