Hello!

My friends and I are looking for a 5th roommate for a year lease (September 2026-August 2027). We are located on Regina street off of king right near prohibition warehouse.

The house is set up with two bedrooms on the main floor and 2 upstairs with Jack in the attic. Sophia and Sanaah are on the main floor with a shared bathroom. Jack and Tom share the bathroom upstairs with the final roomie!

4 University Students.

Tom and Sophia are 4th years at the University of Waterloo for Biophysics and Kinesiology. Jack and Sanaah attend the University of Laurier for their Bachelors in Education. We all love music (we have a record and CD player), cooking together, and we are a queer friendly space.

We leisurely smoke and drink socially (obviously only smoking in outdoor spaces). We rarely host parties but we do have small social gatherings. Some examples; craft night, movie nights, group meal nights, etc.

We love maximalism and expression in the common spaces! Anything aesthetically vintage will be displayed!
