About the room

Quiet neighborhood in Barrhaven area. Parking/Garage is $50 per month. Laundry is available. Free wifi included, as well as water. Gas/Hydro may be split, but we could negotiate. Smoking/vaping/drugs are prohibited. Cats allowed. I work from home sometimes, but may be away time to time. I am an easy going, friendly, quiet and calm individual who likes peace and time alone but also open to adventures and experiencing what this life has to offer. FYI, photos show no furniture, but it has basic furniture.
