My husband and I live in Kelowna but own a home on the highway between Nelson and castlegar in the crescent valley/ south slocan area that has a one bedroom for rent in a home that is shared with a 30 something male renting a room with their own half bath upstairs and a shared kitchen, living room, full bath with jetted tub, large deck overlooking crown land, big natural setting with path down to the water from backyard and nature trails, crescent valley beach recreation area a few minute drive or half hour walk along rail trail. A 30 something couple rent the room downstairs. All utilities included and property has fruit trees and gardens. Month to month room rental for $900/month but current room rentals have been long term. Let me know if you are interested. Short or long term rental okay.
