The bedroom is a bright, unfurnished space with excellent natural light and a beautiful view. Carpeted floors with a spacious closet. The apartment itself is a modern, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The main living areas and kitchen are fully furnished, and the unit comes equipped with top of the line appliences such as a dishwasher, espresso machine, and a washer and dryer. Located right in Wesbrook Village, you get the best of campus life and nature. You are steps away from Pacific Spirit Park and just a short walk from Save-On-Foods, cafes, transit, and the main UBC campus.

We are two third-year UBC students, one studying Forestry and the other in Engineering. We are social and easygoing, and we really enjoy building a warm, community-oriented home. We like hosting friends and having people over from time to time, so it’s a great environment if you enjoy a social atmosphere. That being said, we also highly value a tidy home and keep our shared living spaces clean and organized. We’re looking for a kind, respectful roommate who fits into this balance. Ideally, someone who is comfortable with a social vibe but is also mindful of keeping the apartment a great place for everyone to live.
