About the room

We are looking for a roommate to fill our third bedroom in our home located in a quiet residential area. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Must have no pets (unfortunately we have three cats who do not take well to other animals but adore people), willing to pay first & last, no parking available in agreement (street parking in summer). Internet, utilities & rent are all included. We are not looking for someone to join our current lease, but rather for a sub-tenant who will sign a generic sub-tenant agreement. Month-to-month basis. Looking for short-term or long-term.

About the roomies

We are two graduate students who are LGBTQ+ friendly. We are generally quiet people who keep to ourselves but enjoy socializing and hanging out together in the common areas. We like to game, read, watch TV shows and movies and we are very welcoming and understanding people. We are looking for someone who can fit in to our space well!
