Hi everyone!! I’m looking for a third roommate to join the lease of our spacious and bright apartment. The unit is about 1,100 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a bathtub. The bedroom is carpeted and cozy, but the previous tenant fit a queen bed and dresser comfortably!

The neighbourhood is quiet, green, and walkable. We’re a close walk to several cafes, pubs, restaurants, libraries, shops, and grocery stores. The unit is located near Yonge street, a five-minute walk from two different subway stations.

We are two long-time friends in our late 20s, and both work in social services. We’re looking for someone respectful, clean, and easygoing. Most importantly we want to feel comfortable living with each other. We love to host occasionally!! (but we aren’t a party house). If you think you’re a good fit, reach out and we can see if we vibe!
