Almost exclusive use of the main floor - kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, livingroom. Homeowner lives in the basement with a half bath and kitchenette. Some main floor furnishings are available, or not, something to be worked out according to renters needs, if you don’t have furniture I can provide. Beautiful rural property 10 minute drive from town. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Storage is available on the property, if a lot of storage is needed there is space to put a rented storage cube.

I am female, late 50’s, hoping for someone of similiar age to share my house with. I live quietly, I love to garden and spend time outdoors and working on art projects. This is a very close neighborhood where people know each other and look out for each other. I’m easing into a semi-retirement and hoping to travel, hopefully go on a few adventures.
