About the room

Great opportunity to live in the Glenridge area in a well equipped and kept up building, in a large two bedroom condo unit on 8th floor. Balcony has a comfortable setting (fountain, Adirondack chairs, flowers, etc) and faces the sun. Livingroom has 55” TV with all the cable and application channels you can imagine. Your bedroom is a good size and has a 45” inch Fire TV with apps like Prime, Crave, etc. Nice furniture, large closet with organizers and large window. Bed has brand new Sealy mattress. Building has indoor heated pool, gym, sauna, BBQs, etc. Near buses, Pen centre, Brock university, everything. Includes heat, hydro, air conditioning, wifi, bedding and pillows, towels and everyday consumables like toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, garbage bags and cleaning supplies.

About the roomies

I’m looking to share the condo with someone who is clean, kind and respectful. I am very “peace and love” and enjoy the same kind of environment. I have a friendly cat named Timothee.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
