I have a spare room with it’s own private bathroom , tub with shower and sink vanity. My room is the master bedroom , ensuite bath , I also have a second bedroom with a desk that is not being used. 3 bedrooms are on the top floor . The second room can be made into another living area work space etc , I am a shift worker for the Gov of Canada .Laundry is between the main floor and basement ensuite. Looking for one person and someone quiet. No loud music and No partys etc I do have two large friendly dogs. Three story home in a great location. Short term over the school year for a student , or long term with mature working person.

Main floor kitchen is shared with my daughter / her Bf and they have the basement living room , walk out , their own bedroom and bathroom space . We all work full time ! There is a large yard , fire pit area with chairs and the home is close to Lemoine park which has amazing hiking trails . My dogs have a room on our main floor , with work out set / weights etc . Also have a 100 foot kennel run that is separate from the main yard . 16 by 20 deck , which I am making over soon , Wifi , Ac , Heat , Hydro, Gas , we have parking for 4 cars , currently has 3 spaces in use. The Bedroom will be repainted , and the whole house is planned to be painted this year. There are 4 baths total and all toilets have been replaced last year. The home is 23 years old.
