I have 2 spare rooms for students with own bathroom only shared with two rooms. The bathroom has tub with shower and sink vanity. My room is the master bedroom , ensuite bath , 3 bedrooms are on the top floor and I am a shift worker for the Gov of Canada .Laundry is between the main floor and basement ensuite. No loud music and No partys etc I do have two large friendly dogs. Three story home in a great location. Short term over the school year . Close to express route.

Main floor kitchen is shared with my daughter / her Bf and they have the basement living room , walk out , their own bedroom and bathroom space . We all work full time ! There is a large yard , fire pit area with chairs and the home is close to Lemoine park which has amazing hiking trails . My dogs have a room on our main floor , with work out set / weights etc . Also have a 100 foot kennel run that is separate from the main yard . Wifi , Ac , Heat , Hydro, Gas , we have parking for 4 cars , currently has 3 spaces in use. The Bedroom will be repainted , There are 4 baths total and all toilets have been replaced last year. The home is 23 years old.
