This is a fairly decent sized room for one individual, there is a shared bathroom/kitchen, our own laundry in the basement and a back yard for outdoor shenanigans!

I do have some kitties of my own and would not be able to house any other animals(unless they are in a cage/tanks - which can be further discussed)! As long as that is ok, I hope you like kitty cuddles and loads of attention haha!

For utilities - WIFI, Heat/Water/Electricity and house ins are separate from the rent but roughly come out to an additional $190-200 depending on utility usage ofc.

Parking can be further discussed as well, we currently have one parking stall for the unit that I use for my vehicle - There is a bunch of street parking that can be utilized as well if additional parking is unavailable tho!

This unit is LQBTQ+ and 420 Friendly - You’re also able to personalize your space(room and some shared spaces!) quite a bit as this townhouse is a family rental! Feel Free to bring art or things you’d like to put up! Id love to find a cool roommate who can bring some more quirked up energy into the space!

I work in Vet Med right now doing shift work in an ER and plan to hopefully return to school this fall! Most days I’m either working, sleeping in, gaming and/or catching up on errands! I enjoy the arts, blasting tunes on my days off if I’m not seeing friends or bed rotting :)

I am a very lax person and heavily appreciate strong communication skills, I admire accountability and honesty when looking for a roommate. There isn’t much that can shock or scare me nowadays when it comes to roommates(ive low-key seen it all LOL) so please just be up front with your situation and I can usually see how I can accommodate if you’re a good fit :)
