Quiet area, gated community, use of whole house, own room with queen sized bed, closet, own bathroom, washer, dryer, dishwasher, must love cats, you will be sharing with 3 indoor kitties. Large yard, garage, with extra fridge and freezer. My 2 kids do visit occasionally from University.
