About the room
It is an apartment but the special thing about is that it is a 2 floor townhouse style unit with 3.5 beds and 3.5 bath (.5 is a powder and den respectively)
The unit is very modern and each room is really well sized. It also comes with a huge 1000sqft terrace in the unit itself.
Couple of non negotiables:
No smoking in the unit whatsoever as it is banned in the building.

About the roomies
I am currently looking for 2 people as my previous roommates moved back home.
I am a 23 year old working professional (male) who graduated from UOFT.
I am pretty easy going but there are couple of rules that all of us follow:
No smoking in the house or terrace; the building immediately evicts anyone if caught; I also cannot take the smell
We usually have gatherings at home but due to noise complaints from neighbours unfortunately it is difficult.
Cleanliness and keeping the space good to use for everyone is a common priority and makes life easier for everyone.
Apart from that I am pretty easy going and I am excited to meet whoever is interested.
