Room Rental – Rules and Expectations The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, and side table. Please note that no additional storage space is available for extra furniture. The room has walking closet The condominium is fully furnished. Parking is not included; however, parking is available for an additional cost of $60 per month. A key fob deposit of $50 is required for building entrance access. If parking is requested, an additional $50 deposit is required for the garage door opener. Proof of income and employment is required, such as pay stubs from the previous three months. The room is intended for one person only. Limited visitors are permitted. No parties, pets, smoking, or loud music are allowed. Cooking foods with strong odors should be avoided. The room mate is expected to be clean, neat, and contribute to maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in shared/common areas. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. No loud television or noise is permitted after this time.

The other roommate is a 32 year old female. Working full time Monday to Friday. She enjoys drawing and painting in her free time. She is quite, respectful and maintains a peaceful living environment.
