About the room

This is a single family home where I live full time but keep to myself, all utilities are included Wi-Fi included, laundry included, large kitchen, large backyard, soon the pool will be ready for swimming, barbecue available, nice sitting area out back for quiet study time great for a student, looking for a full time student but I will except professional full time as long as you are a quiet person, this is not a party house for gatherings, very close to Algonquin College and all bus routes. I have two cats as well. This room is not suitable for couples or other pets sorry.

I am a mom of two children that now moved out to pursue their own careers, so I have three bedrooms available at different prices, I am a quiet person, I am retired and have a disablility but I keep to myself. Feel free to just make yourself at home. I am always willing to help until you settle in, the rooms are fully furnished. I provide all bedding and towels.
