Hey there! One of our roommates is finally leaving and we are renting out the spare room starting July 1st (Sorry, I had to change it to girls only since one roommate wants a girl upstairs) This is usually a mixed house though

We are searching for someone who is clean and quiet / considers that past 10 people wanna chill and sleep as most of us are working adults Of course it’s a house so it’s gotta be lived in though lol We have a chore chart with our names on it that rotates. We sometimes just do chores as we can to help each other out. We have a group chat for any concerns or just anything at all really

Rent is 542+ Wi-Fi and utilities, which varies per month and gets more expensive in the winter

We split the cost of Wi-Fi and utilities and they are all sent to Maria and Derek who handle sending the total amount to the utility company and the Landlord

Small pets like a hamster are fine, but no dogs or cats at least for now

The room is in Centertown on Gladstone, close to the museum of nature It’s a four minute walk to your nearest shoppers drug Mart, grocery store, dollar store everything you can find on Bank Street essentially

We have had a very long six months with a roommate who is completely incompatible, rude, uncleanly, and stomping/slamming doors at all hours of day and night so we’re looking for someone who is the complete opposite of that pleaseee I’m getting rage headaches lol

We share the utensils and stuff so you don’t really need to bring your own, but if you do feel free to and see if they fit in the cupboards lol

The living room is quite full though I’m planning to get rid of both the couches since they are completely unused and place some storage in there for my and everyone else else’s spare items or food

You will have your own section in the fridge, though I have my own mini fridge outside my door for convenience and space Your bedroom will have two windows. The one doesn’t open since it leads out to the roof. I assume the Landlord glued shut for that reason

We don’t all chat all the time because there’s not really a common area, but it’d be nice to get along!

We have showers only no baths in the house which kind of sucks but we do what we gotta do for cheap living at this point

I’m honestly not sure how we are going to coordinate the viewing since the roommate upstairs has been giving us issues But please let me know if you’re still interested the images are of the room you will be getting There are three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs Me and my roommates are still trying to figure out the viewing!

AnaBelle (me) I’m 25 years old and I mainly do content creation and social media management I have three lovely pet rats I’m pretty quiet and I like living in a clean space. I’m usually playing my Nintendo switch, playing dress up, doing my make up or talking with my long distance best friend. I love, anime, crafts, art, music etc!

Rya (25) full-time worker/cook Very quiet and isn’t home much but she loves sharing leftovers from the restaurant when she can

Derek (26) works in IT live lives in one of the main floor rooms

Maria (24) full-time student and leaves for three months in the summer to go back home to Greece
