Hey there! I’m currently renting a 3 bedroom duplex with a full sized basement and am hoping to find the perfect roommate to share it with!. My kids and I are currently living upstairs which leaves the basement open. My kids are home 50% of the time when they’re not in school. Their safety and privacy is my top Priority; which means I’m looking for a honest, trustworthy, clean and most importantly respectful roommate (female). You’ll take over the large private rec room in the basement. This room is large enough to have a kitchenette in one side! Bathroom, laundry and upstairs kitchen are shared. Full shared backyard and parking for 3 cars (I only need one).

I’m a down to earth individual who likes a tidy space and quiet when the kids aren’t home. I work full time in a professional setting but like to let loose and have some fun on the weekends. I enjoy spending quality time with my kids, baking, gardening and having some adult beverages with friends.
